Izaya is not a very nice person. In fact, he's a little shit. He will manipulate and use your character any which way he can, either for personal profit, or because he can and he wants to see how your character will respond to a given situation. All in all, if you want Izaya to stay the hell away from your character, I certainly understand, and here's where you can let me know.
In high school, Izaya is certainly not yet the information broker he later becomes, but he knows a lot of people, and he has a lot of sources. If he has a reason to be interested in your character, he will probably investigate. That said, he's not going to investigate every person on the planet, of course.
If there's anything you most definitely don't want Izaya to find out, even though it's something he could reasonably be expected to find out, you can put it in the comments here.
If there's something in particular that you do want Izaya to find out and use against your character, you can put it in the comments here, too!
Izaya is big on invading personal space. He doesn't always do it, but it's just another way oftrolling people showing his love. In general, even if he touches your character, it will be very innocent, hand-on-shoulder type stuff. If you OOCly don't want your character to be touched, even this innocently, let me know.
As for what your character does to Izaya, almost everything is fine, but beware that IC actions have IC consequences. If your character wants to kiss or hug or fight Izaya, go for it. Depending on circumstances, they may be kissed/punched/cut/etc. in return.
When it comes to fighting, Izaya is above all ridiculously fast, both in his moves and in running. He has plenty of experience with fighting, and he's generally prepared to be attacked. It will be very hard (though certainly not impossible) to hurt him.
If it comes to a fight, don't hesitate to contact me here so we can work out how much our characters get hurt. I'm definitely open to having Izaya hurt, as well as him hurting your character. My only hard line is: please don't kill Izaya (unless maybe in memes that require death). The rest is open to discussion.
Please don't expect Izaya to love your character more than he loves every other human.
On that same note: if your character is not human, they will disgust Izaya a little. Or a lot. Sorry.
